Twenty years in this business teaches you a few things. Homeowners don't want to be handed off to a stranger. They don't want surprises on the bill. And they want someone who actually shows up and does the work right. That's what Dotson's Home Improvement has been built around since day one.
We're a small, owner-operated business out of Spring Hill, Tennessee. Three people. The owner on every job. No subcontractors running your project while you wonder who's in your house.
Built on Hands-On Work
Every project starts with a site visit. The owner comes out personally, looks at the space, asks questions, and figures out exactly what the job requires before anything else happens. That's not a sales tactic. It's the only way to give an honest answer about what something will cost and how long it'll take.
No two homes are the same, and no two projects should be treated the same way.
The work covers a broad range of residential projects, and every one of them is handled by the same three people from the first walkthrough to the final detail.
Dotson's doesn't take on new construction. The work is residential, and the specialty is improving what's already there.
The Work That Drives Us
There's real satisfaction in walking into a dated kitchen or a worn-down barn and turning it into something the homeowner didn't think was possible. That part of the job doesn't get old.
Bathrooms and kitchens are the primary focus. They're used every day, and they deserve to be done right. Barn restoration is another area where Dotson's has built a strong reputation, with completed projects across Tennessee and into Virginia.
Every project gets the same level of attention, regardless of size. A fresh coat of paint matters just as much as a full kitchen gut and rebuild. It's your home.
